• How do I register for an event?

  Alumni or student, you are all welcome at Excelia Alumni events. Registration is compulsory. Register for the event directly on the Excelia Alumni website, in the "agenda" section or on the link that will have been sent to your community's Whatsapp group.Few readers

• Are travel expenses covered to take part in events?

  At present, no travel expenses are covered by the association to enable you to take part in an event. However, there are events all over France! There may be one near you!Few readers

• How do I cancel my participation in an event?

  If you are no longer available to take part in an event, simply send an email to the association team (contact@exceliaalumni.org), or a message to the person in charge of the event via the Whatsapp group.Few readers

• What are the refund conditions if I don't attend a ticketed event?

  First of all, don't hesitate to consult the event page to see if the cancellation conditions are mentioned. If not, before you are reimbursed, perhaps you will be able to take part in the next event? If so, we suggest that you defer your payment until the next event.
