# What are the refund conditions if I don't attend a ticketed event?

First of all, don't hesitate to **consult the event page** to see if the cancellation conditions are mentioned. If not, before you are reimbursed, perhaps you will be able to take part in the next event? If so, we suggest that you defer your payment until the next event.
If **you still wish to be reimbursed following an absence**, you have several options: 
* you have given sufficient notice of your absence (one week)
* you have a medical certificate stating that you are unavailable.
The association's team will manage the postponement to a future event or reimbursement, so don't hesitate to send us an email ([contact@exceliaalumni.org](contact@exceliaalumni.org)) with your bank details.
Refunds for participation in events are made at the end of the month.
