# How can I receive a copy of my diploma/transcript?

**The school does not issue a duplicate diploma** but a certificate which has the same administrative value.
To receive a certificate of graduation or a copy of your transcript, please contact the school ([contact@excelia-group.com](mailto:contact@excelia-group.com)), which will be able to provide you with this information directly.
